The quote form on this site collects the following details:

• —The intended use of the garage.
• —The garage type — integral, attached or detached.
• —Any project details you choose to add in the free-text field.

We collect nothing else. We do not ask for financial details through this website and we do not buy contact data from third parties.

We use these details to arrange a free survey of your garage and to prepare a written, itemised quote for the conversion work. Your email address is the route we use to arrange the survey visit and to send the quote. Your postcode confirms the property is within the area we cover and informs the survey visit.

No one. Your enquiry is used only by Garage Conversions Glasgow to respond to you. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to lead-generation companies, referral networks, quote-matching services, finance providers or marketing firms. We are the team that carries out the work, so there is no third party to hand your enquiry to.

We process your details on two bases under UK GDPR. The first is consent: you give it when you submit the quote form, knowing the details are used to respond to your enquiry. The second is legitimate interest: responding to a direct enquiry about our service is a normal and expected use of the details you sent us for that purpose.

We keep your enquiry only as long as we need it. Where an enquiry does not lead to work, we hold the details long enough to respond and to answer any follow-up you raise, then remove them. Where a job proceeds, we hold the details for the duration of the work and for the length of the workmanship guarantee that applies to it, so that we can honour that guarantee and evidence what was installed. Once that period ends, the details are no longer needed and are removed.
