Marcus specialises in the joinery and fit-out work that turns an unheated garage shell into a finished room. He builds insulated floors and independent wall linings, forms openings and partitions, and coordinates first-fix details before plasterboard closes the structure.
During five years focused on residential joinery, Marcus has worked across home offices, gyms, playrooms and annexes. He pays close attention to straight lines, tight junctions and service positions, because those early details determine how cleanly flooring, skirtings, doors and fitted storage come together at the end.
His role continues through second fix and handover, including internal doors, trims, storage and final adjustments. The aim is always the same: a warm, robust space whose finish feels consistent with the rest of the house rather than like an adapted garage.
